If you have yet to create an account on FriendsofWCS.com you can now link to your existing FaceBook account rather than creating yet another new online account.
Post a comment on this thread if you were successful in linking your accounts. Your comments should appear with your FB avatar.

The Friends of WCS website is undergoing some major changes for 2010. With this change will come a new backend system to support the users of the website. This means that new user accounts will need to be created. Of course, no user account is required to view all the pages of the website, only to add content or comments.
The current system has proved to be cumbersome and was not widely adopted by registered users. The new system will be based on the more open and popular WordPress blogging backend. This should be more familiar to anyone interested in contributing.
More Details to come…
I am currently investigating to see if the Joomla users can be imported into the WP system.
Update: I have redirected the main page of the old site to the new site. Any resources remaining on the old site will only be able to be accessed via direct link or by contacting me.
